He came out for an inspection and went through the proper channels with the Frederick County Health Department for a perc. He worked directly with the HD on designing a new system with minimal impact to our property. He … More installed our system by himself and even got answers from the Frederick County Permit Office when they wouldn't return my emails or voicemails. Sam did an excellent job and stuck to the estimate. I would refer him for any excavating or septic issues.
